Who this page is about
- Brand: Audacity Capital (also written "AudaCity Capital")
- Websites: audacity.capital. Audacity Capital also lists audacitycapital.co.uk, and two trader-dashboard addresses: trade.audacity.capital and trade.audacitycapital.co.uk.
- Operating company, as stated by Audacity Capital: its website says trading-related activities are "operated through AudaCity Global LTD (Registration Number: 15850)", a company it describes as licensed in the Union of the Comoros, with a registered office in Mutsamudu, Anjouan. It names AudaCity International FZCO (Dubai Silicon Oasis) as a payment facilitator, and Propmetry Limited (Cyprus) as a payment partner. See "Verification limitation" below.
This page does not concern websites that Audacity Capital itself lists as fraudulent clones (for example audacitycapital.trade and audacitycapital.live), or other businesses with similar names, such as Audacia Capital Limited, a firm in the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Our decision
We reviewed Audacity Capital in October 2026, when we considered adding its free November 2026 trading competition to our competitions calendar. We decided not to list Audacity Capital or its competition at present.
Our reasons, in order of weight:
- Trustpilot displays notices on Audacity Capital's page about a breach of its guidelines and removed fake reviews.
- Entry to the free competition requires traders to choose Audacity Capital as their "Favorite Firm" on PropFirmMatch, a third-party site that publishes a ranking of firms based on those choices.
This is an editorial decision about our own listings. It is not a legal finding about Audacity Capital, and it does not mean that Audacity Capital has broken any rule.
What we found
1. Notices on Trustpilot
- On Audacity Capital's Trustpilot page (audacity.capital), Trustpilot itself displays two notices:
- "This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines."
- "We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company."
- Audacity Capital's response: on its website, Audacity Capital says it has "experienced issues with Trustpilot, including unfair warnings about fake reviews", and that "we do not publish or promote fake feedback". It also says that some reviews posted under its name concern cloned websites.
- Trustpilot's notices do not say who wrote the removed reviews, and we don't suggest who did. We do not use Trustpilot's reviews as a rating.

2. A "Favorite Firm" vote required to enter the free competition
- Audacity Capital's competition page says: "To participate in this competition, you must: Vote for Audacity Capital as "Favorite Firm" on Prop Firm Match". Its rules add: "A verified vote for Audacity on PropFirmMatch is required to validate your entry."
- The page calls this vote "Your entry ticket". Entrants receive a free simulated account and can win prizes, including evaluation accounts.
- According to PropFirmMatch's own pages, as archived in June 2026, choosing a favourite firm requires signing in to a PropFirmMatch account. PropFirmMatch publishes the resulting counts as a "Favorite Firms" ranking, which it describes as a snapshot of "community preference", and presents that ranking separately from its reviews and ratings.
- Audacity Capital does not explain how the vote is verified, or whether any data is exchanged with PropFirmMatch.
- Our assessment: a selection made as a condition of entry cannot be read as independent support for the firm. This entry condition should be taken into account when interpreting the ranking. We do not suggest that it breaches PropFirmMatch's rules or Audacity Capital's own policies; we have not established that those rules cover such votes.

Contractual context: a clause on negative reviews
- In the "General Terms and Conditions" on its Terms and Conditions page, under "Termination", Audacity Capital prohibits damaging its reputation "without a valid basis", including by posting negative reviews or comments online. The clause says that a violation "may result in termination" of participation in its programmes and "may be subject to legal action".
- This part of the terms refers to "AudaCity Capital" and does not name a company. Elsewhere on the same page, the programme terms name AudaCity Global LTD as the provider. The page shows no date.
- We have seen no evidence that the clause has been enforced against anyone, and we have not established whether it applies to the free competition. We describe only what it says. It was not a reason for our decision.

Verification limitation: Audacity Capital's company and licence claims
- Audacity Capital says that AudaCity Global LTD (registration number 15850) holds an "International Brokerage and Clearing House Licence (L15850/WL)" issued by the Union of the Comoros. It also says that AudaCity International FZCO is registered under licence DSO-FZCO 38282 in Dubai, and that Propmetry Limited (HE469039) is a Cypriot payment partner.
- We were not able to check these registrations or the licence in an official public register. We have therefore not confirmed the companies, the licence, its status or what it covers.
- This is a limitation of our review, not a finding against Audacity Capital. It was not a reason for our decision, and we do not suggest that the licence is invalid or does not exist.
- This claim does not establish that Audacity Capital is authorised in France.

What this means for you
- If you consider Audacity Capital's competition, note that entry depends on a "Favorite Firm" vote on PropFirmMatch, which requires a PropFirmMatch account.
- Before buying an evaluation, read Audacity Capital's terms in full, including the "Termination" section.
- In France, you can check the AMF's warning lists. Absence from a warning list does not establish that a business is authorised or reliable.
What we could not verify
- The registrations of AudaCity Global LTD, AudaCity International FZCO and Propmetry Limited, and the Comoros licence L15850/WL.
- How Audacity Capital verifies the PropFirmMatch vote, and whether data is exchanged between the two companies.
- Whether PropFirmMatch's published rules on incentives apply to "Favorite Firm" votes. Its published text on incentives covers reviews.
- How many favourite firms a PropFirmMatch user may choose at once: PropFirmMatch's archived pages give different answers.
- Whether the negative-review clause applies to the free competition, and whether it has ever been enforced.
- Which prize list applies to the November 2026 competition. The prize list on the competition page changed between 15 and 18 October 2026 and does not name a month. This was not a reason for our decision.
