This page lists businesses we reviewed and decided not to list, or that we removed from our catalogue, because of documented, substantive concerns. For each one we explain our decision, show the sources behind it, and say what we could not verify.

Two kinds of entry

Not listed: we reviewed the business and decided not to list it, for the reasons given on its page.

Delisted: the business was listed on LegitPropFirm and we removed it. Its page gives the removal date and the reasons.

How this section works

What you will not find here

Firms we list today. If we have concerns about a listed firm, they are covered in its own review.
Businesses we haven't listed yet. Many businesses are simply not reviewed yet, or we are waiting for information. Not being listed is not a warning.
Businesses removed for reasons that aren't concerns, such as a business closing down.

How we document an entry

Every entry rests on at least one primary source, such as an official regulator notice, the business's own terms, or a platform's own notice. Reviews, forums and broker directories are not enough on their own.
We identify the business by its brand, its websites and, where it states one, the company that operates it. We also name similarly named businesses that the entry does not concern.
We keep apart what an official source confirms, what the business says about itself, and what we could not verify.
An unverified point is not evidence of wrongdoing. Missing essential verification may prevent a listing, but must be distinguished from a documented adverse finding.
A regulator's alert is described within its own scope: which authority, which country, what it says and when. An alert in one country is not a finding about other countries.
We do not give ratings or scores, and we do not call a business a scam or illegal unless an authority or court has used those terms. In that case we quote it.
Every entry shows when its evidence was last reviewed and keeps a dated history of changes.

Limits

This list is not exhaustive. A business that does not appear here is not thereby safe or recommended. Before opening an account, check that the business is authorised where you live, and read its terms.

Corrections and updates

If you think an entry is wrong or out of date, including if you represent the business concerned, write to hello@legitpropfirm.com (see our Contact page) with the evidence. We check it and correct the entry, and record the change in its history. If the concerns behind an entry are resolved, we say so at the top of the entry with the date. If we later list the business, the entry is replaced by a short note linking to its current review.
