• FundedSeat announced on 28 September 2026 that it was closing operations, according to Finance Magnates (see "Where the announcement comes from").
• We have found no announcement that FundedSeat has reopened.
• On 17 October 2026, fundedseat.com still showed its usual sales page, including an offer banner reading "ENDS SEPTEMBER 27", and no closure notice. Its help centre was online.
• We do not treat a website that stays online as a sign that FundedSeat has reopened.

FundedSeat was listed on LegitPropFirm from September 2026. On 3 October 2026, after the closure announcement, we:

• removed our FundedSeat review and our Alpha Futures / FundedSeat comparison;
• took its accounts and offers out of our comparison tables.

We removed FundedSeat because it announced its closure, not because of documented concerns about how it operated.

• September 2026: we publish our FundedSeat review.
• 28 September 2026: FundedSeat announces that it is closing operations, according to Finance Magnates.
• 29 September 2026: Finance Magnates publishes its report on the closure.
• 3 October 2026: we remove FundedSeat from our catalogue.
• 17 October 2026: our latest check of FundedSeat's website and help centre.

• We rely on Finance Magnates' report of 29 September 2026. The report:
  • quotes a letter to FundedSeat's community signed by its COO;
  • shows a screenshot of the closure announcement on FundedSeat's website;
  • dates the announcement to the previous day, Monday 28 September 2026.
• We have not obtained our own copy of the announcement from a public FundedSeat page. FundedSeat's website no longer displays it.

• FundedSeat cited "limitations from big trading platforms" that kept it from reaching the growth it needed.
• FundedSeat said all active accounts would be refunded, and that pending withdrawals and positive live account balances would be paid out.
• FundedSeat said support remained available through live chat and email.

• Reported: FundedSeat announced its closure. Finance Magnates attributes the announcement to the company, quotes its letter and shows a screenshot of it.
• Confirmed: we removed FundedSeat from our catalogue on 3 October 2026.
• Not known to us: whether the refunds and payouts FundedSeat announced have been completed. We have no information on individual cases.
• Not known to us: the legal entity that operated FundedSeat, and whether it has been wound up. The sources we reviewed establish neither.

According to Finance Magnates, FundedSeat said its support remained available through live chat and email. Its help centre (help-center.fundedseat.com) was online on 17 October 2026. We cannot confirm the status of individual refunds or payouts.
