FTMO is a Forex/CFD proprietary trading firm headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, offering three evaluation paths to a funded FTMO Account: the single-phase 1-Step Challenge, the two-phase 2-Step Challenge, and the 2-Step-based Swing program. Account sizes range from $10K to $200K across the 1-Step and 2-Step programs; Swing is offered at $25K, $50K, and $100K. The 1-Step path uses a trailing end-of-day maximum loss limit, a 3% daily loss limit, and a 10% profit target with no minimum trading days. The 2-Step and Swing paths use a static end-of-day maximum loss limit, a 5% daily loss limit, a 10% profit target, and a 4-trading-day minimum per phase; 2-Step additionally carries a 5% second-phase target. Swing uniquely allows unrestricted news trading and weekend position holding. On FTMO's $25K–$100K accounts, the profit split is 90% from day one on 1-Step, or 80% scaling to 90% on 2-Step and Swing, with on-demand payouts available 14 days after the first funded trade.
